Lab Space: We currently have two large (> 900 sqft ) lab spaces available.
Office Space: We have several options, including offices, cubicles, and touch-down workspace.
Affiliate / CoWorking Program: Just $200 per company per month. Special rates for this program include
- Subsidy for University of Maryland-affiliated companies / technologies via the Baltimore Fund; and
- A special rate of $150 per month per company for Baltimore Underground Science Space (BUGSS) members.
